The PETRA study is now recruiting in Exeter and Northumbria.

PETRA study starts at St Thomas' in London

PETRA is a prospective cohort study aiming to develop and validate a risk assessment tool for use in women with symptoms of threatened preterm labour (TPTL).  We want to collect the results of fetal fibronectin tests and transvaginal USS cervical length measurements, as well as other risk factors.

New study investigating biomarkers in prediction of preterm birth is about to start at St Thomas' Hospital, London.

POPPY study deadline for data entry 31st July 2013

Results for the POPPY study will be analysed in August, so the deadline for data completion is 31st July!

POPPY study recruitment finishes.

POPPY study recruitment finished on 31st January 2013.  We have 1215 recruits, so well done everyone, and thank you to all the women who kindly agreed to take part.
